Summary
Here are some examples of a test plan and moderator’s guide that I created. This was a freelance project for Duolingo, one of the largest SaaS language learning companies in the world. We were tasked with analyzing and suggesting improvements for their learning application, a consumer-facing responsive web app that services 300+ million users today.
